It's a Daisy 225 (the older model apparantly) it does not have a loading door and a shot tube(?) that unscrews from the muzzle. The shot tube doesn't have a spring or a feed though.

I don't know much about the 225, but it was a pellet an BB shooter. Is it possible that only one BB could be loaded at a time (i.e. like a normal pellet gun)?

I never owned one. Even as a kid the thing looked to me like it was designed to chop your fingers off.

But! I had a buddy who owned one and although I don't remember the loading sequence, I do remember it was just "Pump n' shoot" operation. I don't know how many BBs the magazine held but it was quite a few.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

The similar Model 25 came with a removable shot tube, with a 50 round spring-loaded magazine along one side:

I can't tell from the photograph - is the cavity at the muzzle deep enough to hold a cork ball? There was a model 325 variant that had such a thing:

Or, is it possible that you have a single-shot muzzle loading barrel like the Model 499?

This is the Daisy Museum website - they might be a resource for you:

Hi I'm new to this site but not to guns/ air guns...
You have there a cork shooting adapter for the model 25. They came and went over the years for this model..I believe you can load bb's singly in some of them...
You should be able to find a 50 shot, forced feed, mag for it either on ebay or some of the other firearm sale/auction websites. Mag also fits the mod 99 and 141 defender...
I understand a mod 25 can blast a cork through the house with terrific velocity...lol
