Along with the ammo order, I got one of the Gamo cone pellet traps- the one that holds 5x5" paper targets.
I must give Gamo props on it. Came in a nice neat little box, and the 100 targets came in their own little cardboard box. Only took me a couple minutes to put together and get to shooting. It really stops the pellets nicely and collects the lead, I also noted the hole in the back of the trap so you can mount it to a tree or whatever and quickly remove when you're done shooting.
One other thing was the Crosman BB/pellet trap. It's ok, makes no noise when you shoot the Red Ryder at it. Just don't shoot pellets if noise is a concern. The pellets rip through the cloth in the trap that stops the BBs and make a loud noise when they hit the galvanized plate in the back. Since the fabric slows the BBs down enough they don't dent much- if at all, and can be reused.
Just thought I'd share. |
