I think it was with a pointed pellet. Those cans are tin, but so strong you could stand on it and it wouldn't deform. Not even close to full power the talon passed through both sides like butter. The shot to the right of that is my 2240 at low power. I hit it with the same pointed pellet, which I've set next to a new pellet for illustrative purposes, and it just turned the pellet into a deformed dome and didn't even penetrate one side. I find it interesting to perform these sorts of tests from time to time....and fun! _________________ I done been assisted by the trees and rivers. I like to take my gun out 3/4 times a week for a penatration test usaly at point blank range....
