Anyone know how to remove and replace the piston seal on a Crosman phantom/quest?

I've got replacemnt seals but no idea how to get them off or on. Neutral

You first have to take it apart. There are posts in here on how to do that. Then once stripped. Pry seal off with screwdriver. To put on, use a bit silicone oil, then pry on, just like putting on a bicycle tire. I typically lightly clamp the piston in a vise (piston wrapped in cloth so vise jaws do no damage), then i use two tiny flat blade screwdrivers to put on piston seal, just like using two tire irons to put on a bicycle tire. Be careful not to cut or gouge the seal, just slip it on the piston. Silicone oil helps slipping it on.

here's a website for the disassembly:

johnny stecchino said it all but you can try to heat it a bit in the hot water, should make things easier.
