I have frontage property to HWY 49 in Auburn CA...
We can see the highway from both the house and the shop.
No before I go any further... My heart goes out to the families that were injured.
There was a major accident right in front of our property this morning.
A midsize sedan was in the center turn lane entering traffic and was rearended by a full size older Ford pickup as they entered the #1 lane.
Now comes the Karma part...
My neighbor has been a major thorn in my side from day one.
Here is a list of wrongs that he has done me and the surrounding area...
He removed the property markers on both sides of his property, one of which borders my property and encrouched on our property with a fence.
The county says it is the states problem and vica versa... both say I have to hire a surveyer to re-establish the markers.
He runs a small scooter and quad shop out of this particular property and it is right next to the highway. It is not zoned for a business... but because it was a gas station at one point in time... He can. The issue is that his customers will park in my drive from time to time and out front which is for Emergancy parking only... Of course I have made several complaints to the county and to the Highway Patrol.
Now... here is the part that should make all of you sick...
He also owns the five properties next to the creek... Guess how he pays the mortgages... He doesn't... the state does... At last check on the Megans Law site... he is housing no less than 13 registered sex offenders. Most of which have commited sex crimes against minors.
He made no notice to the surrounding area that he was renting to them.
He just recently placed two travel trailers on the ajacent property and is renting them out.
Yes... the posted signs that say "Tresspassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again" have been very effective... and I have no problems thus far...
Back to the Karma part or Truckma...
When the Ford pick up hit the sedan... the truck went spinning out of control and into his shop and took out the major load bearing supports dead center of the front of the building.
Today starts a new campain against this neighbor... I am going to petition the county to condem the building and due to it being so close to the highway... and not allow him to rebuild.
There is less than 30 feet from the face of the building to the edge of the highway and he was using most of it to display his goods. |

Hahahaha........just fuggin awesome. I am a strong beleiver of Karma. Religion has no place in my life, but I know for a fact if you poke a dog long enough he will turn and rip your hand off.
Lets just hope his insurance expired on his property so he cant take the money and make a bigger eyesore.
Good for you for sticking to your guns........give him hell and keep us updated. |

? joe, have you had the experience of a face to face confrontation with this guy??
does this guy give you sh!t over shooting in your yard??
there is nothing worse in life than a neighbor from hell!!!!
love the sex offenders too. i guess they gotta live somewhere.

Funny you should ask...
CHP was inspecting one of the neighbors trucks on the other side of the grave yard... The jack a$$ came running through the grave yard to start sh!t in front of the officer... He told the neighbor to shut up and kindly asked me not to shoot while he was there...
While walking back through the grave yard I over heard the officer telling him he ought not too piss off a neighbor who has guns and shoots in his back yard.
They were off 90 degres to my left in the first place... |

Just curious, how close is this property with all the pervs away from a park, school, school bus stop, ect? You might get some headway at town hall if you can prove that these homes are a danger to the community...
Another thing I'd question since you mentioned a creek... Did this idjut hire a licenced plumber and have the proper permits to run sewage lines for all those trailers??? I'm not one of those leftwing nut tree hugging greenie, but california seems loaded with them... could get the guy on that alone. Besides no city likes to see it's building department being ignored, if he's done any plumbing, electrical work with no permits...He could be in for heavy fines and be forced to remove it all too! |

Good point on the creek and the sewer lines...
The trailers are right next to the creek... I need to snoop for some blue hoses...
Time to turn Rat on this jack a$$...
He put a mobile home on one of the back properties with out permits... My old neighbor behind my property turned him in on that one...
This guy constantly does stuff to these properties with out permits. |
