Welcome to AirGunHome Hunter Exclamation

To answer your ?, the humor answer is: Change owners Rolling Eyes

With no mention as to what tools you have available, or your skills and experience, I'll keep it very general and generic.

Don't know what you have checked or done so far, so I would suggest that the barrel bore be thoroughly cleaned and a pellet pushed thru to check for rough spots. Then, check the muzzle crown for burrs using the Q-Tip method.

Check that all action screws are tight; action to stock screws are tight; both front and rear sights are tight and elevation & windage portions of rear sight are not sloppy.

No comment on scope since none was mentioned.

Try as wide a variety of pellets as possible to see what shoots best in your shooter.

If you want more info and response you might try to be a little more specific with your questions. Please help us help you.

BTW, often the gun is more accurate than the owner - Practice, Practice, Practice and try different methods of hold and hand positions as some airguns are more hold sensitive than others.

Maybe I should refrase my question.I want to know what modifications can be done on this gun? The trigger is very bad and also the spring sounds terrible. Can anything be done to improve performance? Where will I be able to buy a bipod for this gun and what is the approx price?

A bipod on a springer is often a bad idea. You'd be better off using a sandbag.

I don't know what can be done to the trigger, as we tell most people to steer clear of Hatsan airguns. Neutral I guess you could ask, or make spring guides for the gun, but maybe you'll want to exchange springs in stead. Neutral

Tuning a Hatsan can be a tough bone to chew.

The bipod idea isn't necessarily bad, but be aware that it will reduce accuracy. (It changes the vibration patterns of the gun). On my G1 I use a bipod that clamps to a sling swivel stud. On my Slavia 631 I use a Ram-Line clamp-on bipod, which raises the P.O.I. slightly because pressure it being placed on the barrel. I found mine to be slightly too long, so I cut it shorter by about one inch:

There are a number of things that can be done to your Hatsan. Original quality doesn't make any difference; I am working on a Mendoza that I'll bet makes a Hatsan look like a Swiss watch. But then part of the joy for me is tinkering. You have to strike a balance between time fixing and time shooting. If you cruise through the posts on this forum you will find any number of things that people have done, but here are some ideas:

1. Polish muzzle crown
2. Polish breech crown
3. Lap barrel
4. Choke barrel
5. De-burr internals
6. Polish trigger
7. Change lubricants
8. Install fitted spring guides
9. Install thrust washers
10. Refinish stock w/stippling
11. Alter length of pull

You don't mention how long you've had the gun; remember that it will take 500-1000 rounds before it's broken in and you can evaluate its performance. As a shooter you will also be on a learning curve during that period. Amigo's advice is good - those are things you should do first.
