Don't buy anything from Cabela's. Unless, that is, you wanna pay extra for it.

Nah, I think it's a pretty nice set, except for the fact that it's a Gamo. Ask that seller about where the rifle is made. If it says made in England, then you're pretty safe, if it says made in Spain, there are nicer rifles available. Mr. Green

Personally I like www.pyramydair.com They have a lot of rifles in stock for a lot better prices. Some of the other guys can give you a heads up on other places that they like.

if you want high end value get a bam-26 from cobra air. mine puts my gamo to shame. $139.00

I think for a starter rifle, you'll have great fun with the B-26 though.

Well, you'll need a .22 for sure, and it has to generate some power, so I guess that B-26 is pretty much alright.

bam over gamo. please! the bam can use a tune. the gamo needs a tune. not that i don't like my gamo. the bam is better. of course i'll be tuning tha bam just because i can. Cool

The BAM B26 or B26-2 would be a better choice. They have a way
better build quality.

Pigeons hate this B26-2.

funny thing. cobra sent be the thumbhole when i ordered the standard (not really a scope guy). maybe i should've kept it. Idea

i really like nice open sights though. on the other hand the thumbhole is a nice sold feel. and looks good.

i can always buy another. Laughing

Hi.. If you are looking at Gamo guns Take a real good look at the
CFX I have taken more bunny's with a 1.77 than all my other guns combined. People will tell you that a .22 is best for hunting I don't think ones any better than the other both cals will drop a bunny out to 50m
Beleave me hunting is the only reason I have air guns.

Pyramyd did the same thing to me. I ordered a B26 and
they sent me a B26-2. I kept it, as I scope all of my rifles.

i checked out the links you gave me and it looks like the bam parts are no longer available?? do you have another source?? mac-1 quoted $75 labor if i bring the parts.
