I bought this springer for 20 bucks from an 87 year old lady at a garage sale. Nothing is written on the rifle except "made in china." It's about 7 pounds, always smokes when I shoot it is about half as loud as a 9mm Luger round and has a VERY simple construction. Only 4 moving parts. Folding stock, I have to apply about 20-25 pounds of pressure to cock it. Wood grip, and fore grip, only the wood looking pieces on the stock are plastic, the rest is metal or wood.
*Edit* Oh yeah its a .177 pellet only.

So what do ya'll think it is? Brand, name, model number, whatever. It reminds me of a Kalashnikov, I don't know why though.

It will be full of the typical Chinese "red goo lube" which is what makes it smoke constantly. Take it apart, clean it up and lube it properly and it should be better.

They usually cost anywhere from $50-80 brand new- so for $20.00 you did OK.

I have two air guns, I always clean them(when needed) but I have never repaced any grease/oil. What should I repace the lube with?

The easiest thing to obtain to lube the spring and spring guides is MolySlip 'E' used in car engines. DO NOT let this lube find it's way to the piston seal/into the chamber- it, and any other petroleum-based lube can detonate (diesel) due to heat, you only want to get a bit of lube on things to lubricate and help prevent rust- lube the top end with a silicone oil (i.e. something like Crosman compression chamber oil).
