1) Target to download and print: Week 56; Oct/06>Oct/12/2008

Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 20 shots at targets, 1 per "block" maximum. 5 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using center "oval".
7) 15 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 15 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for "block", 3 points for "ring", and no points for white. Only one hit per "block" counts. Maximum point count is 200.
9) Please scan or photograph entries and post. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) An honorable contest for sport - to lie or cheat is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others.

Over the last few weeks I have been rebuilding my B4, which when bought was accurate but was rough and had a trigger no better than one on a nail gun.

So now with a new lube job and a major trigger rebuild it shoots as smooth as a baby’s bum.

Date 6 October 2008
Weather Sunny
gun B4-2 Custom Delux .177
Sight Iron
Standing 10m

Score 78/200

Al

Saw this site and thought I'd give it a whirl.
It's a nice break from trying to hit that blasted
10m period!!

Didn't do too badly. Probably shot too fast, as
I had lots of time left. Could have used it to
adjust NPA more. Not used to that.
Had 7 shots that scored 0! Between the ring
and the square!!

116/200
Walther LG300XT peep @ 10m
Match Diablo 4.5mm
9 minutes

Welcome to AirGunHome, oatring!

If you have any friends/associates that like to shoot for the fun of it- get them to come out for the 'competition' too!

My usual lack-luster performance
81/200 ~ 41%

IZZY, 5M, 1-hand, open sight, just under 9 minutes, Beeman Laser Sport

Side note; I scored a 479 in the last 10M match.
