1) Target to download and print: Week 53; Sep/15>Sep/21/2008
Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 20 shots at targets, 2 per "x" maximum. 5 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using green.
7) 15 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 15 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for "x", 3 points for "O", and no points for white. Only two hits per "x" counts. Maximum point count is 200.
9) Please scan or photograph entries and post. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) An honorable contest for sport - to lie or cheat is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others. |

I'm back, just don't know if pistol shooting is feasible anymore, might have to stick with rifles as they are more quiet.
Will try a shot at this one hopefully soon if i can. |

Hi Mar nice to see you back, I hope you got sorted out ok.
Target shooters are a bit thin on the ground at the moment, I hope to get this weeks shot later today.

I thought I’d give my QB78 a try this week, not that it’s shooting well, I think it’s sulking because I called it a piece of junk, so I’ll give it a shoot to cheer it up.
Date Friday 19 September 2008
Time taken 8 minutes
Gun QB78 .177
Pellet Hobbys
Sight Hawke Red Dot
Standing 10m
Sunny
Score 63/200
It’s still Junk!
