1) Target to download and print: Week 48; Aug/11>Aug/17/2008
Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 20 shots at targets, 2 per rectangle maximum. 5 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using center green.
7) 15 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 15 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for blue, 2 points for red and no points for white. Only two hits per rectangle counts. Maximum point count is 200.
9) Please scan or photograph entries and post. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) An honorable contest for sport - to lie or cheat is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others. |

First of all sorry for not posting pictures lately, in the middle of looking for a new place to live.
Anyhow here's is what might be my last submission for awhile:
Standing, 2 hand hold at 5 m,
Pistol: Custom 2240 with 2X scope,
Pellets: Crosman wadcuttuers.
Time: 5 min...practically snap shooting at the target.
Score: 88/200

Well, I shot too many reds and not enough blues, but I guess it could be worse! I guess I should be happy I'm mostly hitting the bullseyes(?).
