I found a great supplier for Crosman 13xx & 22xx steel breeches.
He even has Highrise Breeches for bull barrels.
Extended Brass Bolt/Handle.

Future project target gun is going to be a 22xx. Just haven't yet decided which model to start out with....
I am leaning towards a 2250 standard since almost all the parts will be replaced.

Apparently, he has no breeches except a few riser units at the moment and won't have any more for at least 6 months:
