I got my new cantaleaver mount for my red dot and went through a few Co2's sighting it in and thought... What can I do to have a little inventive fun with the empties...
Here is a suggestion...
Barrel Crown Protector/Muzzle Break or "Hard hat"...
Come on... ya got to have a little fun in the shop...

***** Keep it safe... Please do not Mutilate or Incenerate full Co2's...*****

You might have to use layers of heat shrink to keep it on your barrel...
But don't get rednecky and use duct tape...
Home made jig to lock them in the drill press for sanding... Loosly based on a drum sander chuck...
Cover up thoes ugly remains from shaving off your sight...
No further comments...
Next time... Wind chime... |

Some people use them as targets- stand them on a nail or hang from a string and shoot...
Personally, I put the empties in a box used to load other boxes down in the event my basement floods... If I can collect another 19,500 of them I'll have a ton of steel to sell to a scrap yard. |

Glad to see the forum is going green! Reduce, re-use, recycle. Oh wait a minute, that "reduce" part isn't any fun.
Thanksgiving napkin rings. Sewing thimbles. Barbie jet packs. Ken SCUBA tanks.
And on the topic of re-using, what do I do with this? Muzzle loader balls or fishing sinkers are too easy - they don't count.

Good show on the file handle... I got about a dozen files I could use them on...
Is that used pellets? If so... find someone on Craigslist.org that does reloading and cast there own bullets. They would love you! |
