This is my first PCP rifle. The Avanix AR6. Who has one, and how do you like it ?? It's power level seems a bit too much for a .177 or .22 caliber airgun- how do you find it's accuracy when it's set on full power? _________________ ` I'd say "I care." But I'd be lying. Might be a tighter group with a scope, but 2" is soda can accurate, which is just fine for a 16fpe plinker. I will be shipped this week. The reviews are that it is very accurate at 50-75 yards. Take down ground hog and turkey at 50-60 yds. 1250 fps on most pelets. But I have not been hunting sence I was a kid in Iowa,,, hehehe,,, So im looking for some info on who likes to hunt and where around Bellingham area. ??? And who hunts with PCP rifles.? That sounds good, i just bought the ar6 pistol a couple days ago which is my first pcp. I'am gonna fine tune the leapers red/green dot this weekend. How are you adjusting the power on the pistol? Theres seems to be a fair bit of dislike for them for some reaion usaly from people that have never seen one let alone use one . I think there early models wern't the best and thats were the dislike stems from. I really can't fined any real bad points about it other than its dam noisey and you only get 15 full power shots from it mined you it dose send a 29gr pellet at 1000+fps with 65ftlbs. It took me a while to get it sited but now I'm able to head shot rabbits at 70+ metres most of the time and below 40/50 metres just hit them and they drop. They seem to really like bipods "but most guns do" I think they are a good thing. I don't regret buying it .
