This can't be easy to troubleshoot and repair.

I'ld like to see a copy of their building codes. If said codes exist.

Makes me itchy jus looking at it. Doesn't help that there is also organic material in there mixed in as well.

Can you imagine being called out for a repair and having
to reach way in there to access the correct conection or test
point?

I don't think that is organic. If you zoom in until the
image almost pixelates, I think that you will find that
those are low voltage phone lines mixed right in close
sometimes touching and even intertwined with the AC
lines.

I bet some of the phones there have some nasty
60 Hz hum in them.

They are overhead wires which many times get mixed up with kite strings. Kite flying is pretty common hobby in India.

well this is not a common sight but yes.. they are in some parts of some cities. Mr. Green Mr. Green

Troubleshoot and repair? I bet when something goes wrong- the crews come along, cut EVERYTHING off and then wait to see who complains about needing to be re-connected, so they start all over again! Mr. Green
