I never thought about that Eric, it should read "buy a Webley and get a Chinese gun".
How low can Webley get?

Can't say Crosman's got top notch equipment, but I guess that's the bang you get for yer buck.
But the thing is, are we talking pistols now? Because didn't Webley move to turkey? Or what am I mixing up now? |

Hi Anton
Webley is still controlled by a company call ASI in the UK they have just moved the manufacturing to turkey for spring guns, the PCPs are made in Northan Europe.
Webley only make or buy in one pistol the typhoon, but they are the UK agents for crosman, and now intend to sell Crosman in the UK, Europe and the Middle East under the name of Webley.
Also it appears that Umarex will be selling Webley spring powered guns in Europe along side there other brands.

That's too bad. Webley (the English ones) is one of my favorites.
Their closure was a very sad occasion for me. I guess that
it will drive up the value of the real (read English) Webleys
though.
I have mine protected in storage, apart with the springs out
and extra parts. |

You want to hang on to that one CW, you'll not get that quality on a Webley springer again

I have a .177 Vulcan, a .177 Tempest and a .22 gas Patriot.
I keep the Patriot together and take it out and shoot it from
time to time.
