Yep... I know it's not Air Gun related... but... I have to ask.. because the pain is keeping me from being in the shop making air gun goodies...
A good friend went though back injuries much like mine.. all the same ol same ol treatments to learn to live with the pain of collapsed discs...
His only relief with out massive amounts of pain killers was hanging upside down by his ankles... Soooo...
If you have a set up you want to get rid of cheep or donate... Let me know...
I'm about to cry out "uncle" and call it quits... |

My brother in law has bad back problems from having a few discs that did not form properly and the stress and strain put onto those discs by running excavation equipment since he was old enough to do it. He used a thing that looked like a see-saw that would let you get on it in a standing position, strap your feet in and then rotate back until you were upside down. Now that I think about it, I believe there is an "as seen on tv version of this thing that is way less expensive than the one he got from the physical therepist. Sorry I don't have anything to offer you for sale, but I figured you might be interested in this product since it's probably safer than having to do a half pullup to rotate yourself upside down. Plus if you have a shop, probably half an hour on mcmaster will let you be able to gather up all the parts you need to make the thing yourself if it's expensive. In any case, good luck with your back problems. |
