Hi, just let everyone know, I am a tuner based in Vancouver area, British Columbia Canada, and excepting tunes. I tune all manufactures, but I specialize in Gamo 220/440 and all the clones out there like the BAM, Phantom, Quest, Tac 1.
we are a little company started about 5 years ago and started by helping my buddies tune there guns and then there friends, I have been tune guns since the age of 13 and me, my bro, and even the old man doses it (once in while).
Are tune process starts like this
Pre testing
Cleaning
Complete deburring
Honing & hatching the cylinder
Install new custom seal
Install new custom spring
Finishing the spring ends
Cleaning & lube trigger assy
Seer finish & polishing
Cocking shoe finishing
Polishing tophat (if applicable)
Heavy or Velocity tar
Molylube
Disassemble, clean & lube
pivot locking assembly
Bore cleaned
Check the crown
Adjust the pivot locking
assembly
External Lube
Final testing
We only use a synthetic lube that is meant to be used on aircraft,
After completion of the tune, we will also if requested install a muzzle brake, (at extra charge) and a full rail scope mount, (at extra charge) sight the scope, and give you some FPS numbers, with the groping shot page
Pricing varies because on what you want the gun to do so please send me a post and tell me what you wont to do with gun,
Any question please let me know Thanks |
