For a springer... I think we are going to need a solid mounting point... Then the mount will need 3 points of contact to the ISO camera platform

I don't want to subject my camera to that kind of harsh
vibration. I was thinking of experimenting with something
like this.

What you need to mount a camera on is a carriage on a slide running front to back of the rifle, and the camera mounted on the carriage with a spring at the front and back to obsorb any kick.

I still think 3 good Iso bushigs will do the trick. Not too much dampining and just enough shock absorbtion... The ones I have here are pretty light and flexable... |

I will have to re-visit making one till after the Christmas rush...
I have gotten recent word that Crosman is no longer selling the small Muzzle Brakes with site post to the G.P. unless you order a custom 22xx or 23xx... after several request... now I have my work cut out for me....
Got to run to a Dr.'s apointment down in the valley... Catch you guys later. |
