This new compressor has oil in its crankcase and split rings on its pistons and while watching some of the vids on this thing saw what it looked to me as oil mixed with the water that was drained down stream from a drain block,Maybe its me but I for one would not want to be pumping lube oil to my pcp at the psi we use!. Can someone tell me how this system is safe to use besides the people that are trying to sell this to us?. If this crankcase is filled with a silicone oil then the lifespan of this unit is short!. Silicone oil is a bad lube choice for a crankcase with rods and piston rings.

I don't have/see a link to any videos, but every compressor will likely have some oil and water coming through it from ring leakage and condensation- thus why proper lubricant and air filters should be attached.

The question really is- is it a petroleum-based oil (i.e. combustible product) or some other type of lubricant (i.e. silicone)- either way, I don't think oil should be coming out in large volumes.

Why an't there dive compresser's blowing up all over the world every day
of the year ?..
They have oil in there crank case & pump a dive tank up to 3000psi..
every time the piston compress air there is oil in it from the crank case...
So why dosn't it try to turn into a diesel motor ??? .. Also the compresser runs a lot hotter than your AG...

really I don't think it is the issue people try to turn it in to
as long as there is the correct oil in the crank case..
