Maintaining your concentration on the aiming, hold, trigger, and breath after the shot has left the barrel. Lock time, or the time it takes the projectile to leave the barrel is much slower it bb guns that in higher powered air guns, thus follow through is much more important. For a physical trick, try to remember to not move your aiming eyeball when the shot breaks. If the eye doesn't move, nothing else will. I always tell the kids I teach to try and see the bb in flight as it hits the paper. Under the right conditions this is actually possible, but regardless of the outcome, it’s the effort in trying to see the bb that gets results.
