I hunt with Crosman Premier Lead Hollowpoints in my CFX and I've noticed that the only shot that'll reliably bring down squirrels are headshots and heartshots. There are 2 problems with that:

1. I'm a bad shot
2. My scope is a little off

Are there any pellets that could knock 'em down reliably with a bodyshot.

Well ethically you should limit your range to the distance you can hit a quarter. And that also involves trying different pellets to find one that is accurate in your gun. As well do whatever tuning and modification you can to make your shot predictable and humane

Predators by JSB are probably considered the most consistent across a range of guns. It also follows that they are one of the most expensive hunting pellets you can buy as well. Of course YMMV on any one particular gun.

You really should not go for Body Shots at all.

1. Fix your Scope problem. Tighten all the screws, and re sight it in.

2. Just practice shooting.

3. The Premiers just may not be accurate in your CFX. Try different pellets such as the Predator Polymags, JSB Exacts, or even cheap pellets like Crosman pointed or Crosman Destroyers. You never know what will work.

Maybe power isn't as much of an issue as I've thought. Went squirrel hunting yesterday after I tweaked my scope a bit and forced myself to aim for head instead of center of mass and hauled in 4 on 6 shots.
