I just bought a Winchester 600X. It is made
in Brazil and states that it is made under license by Daisy.

It is pretty accurate for a springer.

Does anyone know anything about this gun?

Daisy makes only a couple models in the US (and has done it this way for years). All of the "Winchester" branded product has been produced overseas- first Brazil, then Turkey, now China. And of course, none of the parts are interchangeable from the different manufacturers/countries. Ican't speak for the exact timeframes, but I believe they went to China about 5 years ago, used Turkey (Hatsan) for 2 years or so, and it was Brazil before that for 2-3 years.

Thanks Eric. That is a more than I found. there is not much information out
there about these. The trigger is horrible, but it has a beautiful walnut stock.

It is missing pieces of the rear sight. I was hoping that there would be some
aftermarket parts available for it, but I have found nil.

Daisy's have generally no aftermarket parts (except for WalMart Red Ryders, they appear to sell very low volumes of other things )- also, as they have mainly single stroke pneumatics there is little room for improvement in respect to power output, and a springers are limited by the tube size (i.e. how much air can be moved). If you want replacement parts for a Brazil-built Daisy I think you will only be able to locate them in the used market, otherwise you may want to consider going with some sort of rail-mounted sight or a scope.

Open sights such as these:

I have a Winchester 800 made in Turkey. It's a beautiful rifle and very well made but terrible trigger. What parts of the rear sight are you missing? I have one but it's missing just the windage knob. PM me if you need it, you can have it. JGairguns has the hole thing.

It is missing the whole sight. I could sure any rear sight parts you can spare.
I might be able to fabricate something that would work for the windage knob.
