OK I found this looking though Pyramydair's website:

http://www.pyramydair.com/s/m/H_and_K_MP5_K-PDW_CO2_BB_Gun/2145

For those of you who have one, how is it? My birthday is in May and I'm thinking of getting this or the Cybergun UZI.

I looked at that gun too, I can have it here because it's smoothe bore. First I thought it was a 6 round burst, but I think it's only a single shot semi-auto. Let us know how it shoots Mr. Green

It's semi-auto only. You can't have air guns with rifled barrels where you live?

One count against this, is that it seems no one sells spare magazines for this item.

No offence, but I'm glad I don't live in MI. Of course IL has it's own silly laws...

Does that apply to firearms as well?

I doubt it, a handgun with a smoothbore barrel is illegal under federal law.

A few states treat airguns with rifle barrels as firearms.

Don't know. Some people are so afraid of guns that they would even ban toy guns.

Yeah, I have met people with an abnormal and unfounded in reality
concept that all guns are unsafe in anyone's hands.

Gun ignorance and fear is rampant against guns in this country.
It seams that the government is promoting this regard towards
them to further their agenda of population disarmament.

No, the police here are pretty cool about guns. This is a gun community.
All of my neighbors have guns. It is almost a no crime area.

I believe guns are not dangerous in anyone's hands, but I do believe they should be kept away from those that would be dangerous with them.

Trouble is, how do you find out? Convictions for violent crimes is one way, but possibly too late? Mandatory training in gun handling to get a license (or service in the armed forces) but that could be a huge added cost. Psychological examination to keep schizo's from getting guns?

We have very strict gun laws here (strictest in Europe I believe) and it is too much of a "good" thing but it's nice that you only have to pass a metal detector when you go to the airport...

I am schitzoaffective and I am not allowed to have a firearm. That is why I am so into airguns. I also have severe depression so a firearm isn't a good idea. This is kind of voluntary on my part anyway. Even if it wasn't illegal. Neutral
