Is it possible for a regulated .22 shooting 14.3s to produce 17.5 -18.5 fps when set at 80 bar. or even 70 bar. |

I would say it probably is, but you will either need about a 15-20 cc reservoir between the regulator and the valve seat or you may have to run a bit more pressure (eg. 80 bar) to compensate.... A stock Disco still shoots about 18 FPE at 1000 psi (~70 bar) with 14.3 gr pellets at the end of it's shot string....
