Had a minor problem today with a rebuilt 2260/Disco trigger group.... The front top of the trigger was hanging up on the frame.... All the repair consisted of was removing a small amount of plastic from the trigger in the area circled....
This may have not even been noticeable with the stock trigger spring, but the new light return spring on the blade would not push the trigger back because it was rubbing.... I have never seen this before, I guess both the trigger and housing were just a bit on the plus side on the tolerances and were rubbing.... Something to watch for....
