What is the easiest way to lubricate the chamber/breech seal on the IZh 61? I can't figure out how to get to it...Thanks...

| Looks like the easiest way may be to chamber a pellet or felt cleaning pellet first, use the manual thumb release to bring the pellet feed pin back, remove the magazine, then pull back the cocking lever to expose the breech and with the gun pointed down, put your drops of chamber oil into the breech hole. Pull the cocking lever back a few times to suck the oil into the compression chamber. Afterwards, make sure to fire off that pellet. |
