| My new Disco 22 just arrived! Can't wait to start shooting it! Anybody make a degassing tool for the Disco? If so, how did you do it? I don't really want to spend 15$ + tax and S&H for something that I might hardly every use... I won't be putting any CO2 in the chamber, so maybe I won't even need one? |

Congrats! I think you'll love it.
You shouldn't ever really need that except to get CO2 out, or if you foolishly overpresurized it and locked up the valve. Even then, with a careful minor disassembly, you could access the back of the hammer and tap on it to open the valve, I think.
Otherwise, if you do want to make one, the threads are 10-32, and I bet any 10-32 screw that is at least maybe 2 to 2-1/2 inches long will push the valve open. It just won't have the handy finger knob.
I don't have one. They are perpetually out of stock anyway. |

| That is one of the things that they don't make any till they have an order for it. If you called up crosman and did a credit card order of one they'll have it to you in about a week or two. At least that's how it worked for me to do a steel breech. |
