Well friends does it ever end hahaha got my new CQB red/green dot 38mm tactical dot scope in yesterday just to find out my mounts wont accept it figures. Also my new 14 inch barrel came in what to do not. So its all apart laying on my bench so I sure hope I ordered the right part I need. I ordered a new metal cross bolt from Crosman cost $29.95 and after shipping a little over 40 bucks into this gun. Can anyone tell me will this metal top piece solve my problem and will it accept the scope I got also? I sure hope it ends now I sure have a lot into this little air gun. Hopefully the scope rings you got with the scope are "dovetail". I think the metal breach was the first or second item on that list in the other thread. The gun looks great. HA! Good one! And of course, the answer is - NO! Next thing you know, you'll be buying flow-thru bolts, muzzle breaks, etc, etc... As SMP eluded to, the metal breech uses dovetail mounts. If you have weaver mounts (and still want to use them), you can use an adapter like this: http://scopesandammo.com/storefront/product_info.php/dovetail-weaver-mounting-rail-adapter-p-336 Just note that it raises your scope/red dot an additional 1/2" - 5/8". With the metal breech you should notice your groups being a little tighter too. Barrel is held much more firmly. And like Sean said: pics, pics, and more pics! We love pics! Thanks Sholo well I just purchased that adapter so when ever it gets here maybe I can get my 1322 back together. The reason I didn't buy it from scopeandammo you have to have a 50 dollar buy before they will ship. So I found this one on ebay for 14.99 and 3 bucks for shipping. Still 1 more piece I am waiting for and that is the Weaver adapter so the scope can be mounted. The only thing I dont care for is the bolt that comes with the breech, it feels a lot different than the stock bolt. Its harder to move and I have to shut it a couple times to get the pellet in right. I never fired it before the above pics were taken so after I posted them I fired it and the new bolt is so hard to slide shut. I took it all apart again to make sure everything was right and it was put it back together and still the same hardness to slide the bolt. I think I liked the brass bolt better and may buy the longer aftermarket one for it. It was hard to get the bolt to slide in all the way, but after I used it a bit it worked perfectly. Guess I had to break it in a little bit. Hopefully yours will do the same. Man those grips are nice...
