first off im a newbie on here and i look forward to talking to everyone and learning bout air guns and stuff. I have a Diana model 45 and it was my first rifle.

I have had this model 45 since i was about 4-5 and can remember pretty much hanging off the barrel to cock it. Iv been in the army for the past 8 1/2 years and the gun has sat at my parents and rarely shot. about 2 years ago we pulled it out and the cocking lever was not attached to the cocking slide GRRRR so i was pissed and put it back up since it seemed broke.

couple days ago i took it apart for the first time and found that the cocking slide is either missing a part or just so worn out that it will not hold the cocking lever in it. i put it together and cocked it but once i fired it the cocking slide went into the air tube area... i think i need a new cocking slide

anyone know where i can get one? iv searched all over the internet but just cant find anything. seems these are hard to come by.
