I recently disassembled my 1077 to fix a broken barrel slide. Unfortunately I'm having trouble seating the CO2 brass transfer tube at the CO2 cartridge chamber end. Any advise or tricks?

I'm basically having trouble with No. 3 warning on reassembly...
"3) Be absolutely sure that the Co2 pathway is intact and sealed- for example, the Co2 transfer tube (part #1077-016) needs to be seated correctly and solidly at both ends in order to prevent Co2 leakage and/or restriction. "
