There may be some identification on the breech block as well (the solid rectangular piece attached to the rear of the barrel where the pivot pin goes through). _________________ ` I'd say "I care." This might be quite relevant (for example, perhaps only one manufacturer on one product had this). Just because it is an airgun does not mean 5 million people who have some knowledge of airguns know what it is by a couple pictures- the more information on it, the better. _________________ ` I'd say "I care." I think I would recognize a Slavia because I've extensively researched them. With rifles like these the minor differences are all you're gonna get. The "endcap" is different on Slavia models. The "rings" near the breech are outward on older Slavia models.
