I have decided to sell another one of my project guns.... this time the .22 cal QB 78 which I converted to HPA and then fitted with a dual power adjuster.... It features a 13 CI Ninja 3000 psi tank regulated to 1500 psi mounted on a modified QB79 tank block with extra mount screws on the end of a shortened maintube.... The tank block is hidden by the front of the stock, and the barrel is the larger OD type from a Deluxe model.... The scope is a Bushnell Sportsman 3-9 x 32 AO with Duplex reticle....

On the back of the main tube is a pin which selects the power levels.... You turn CCW 1/4 turn and release the hammer spring tension for low power, and push in and turn CW 1/4 turn to increase spring tension for high power.... It is currently set up for 900 fps with 18 gr. JSBs (32 FPE) on high and just under 700 fps (19 FPE) on low, and the gun gets about 50 shots per fill on high power or 120 shots on low power....

The gun was completely disassembled and deburred, the trigger converted to a 2-stage with a spring plunger and a lighter spring, it has a custom hammer and is converted to "cock on open".... The barrel is semi-floated, being supported in an O-ring inside the custom barrel band which resides on top of the tank block.... The flow-through bolt has been changed to one with an extended probe.... The valve and porting has been extensively reworked which is the key to the power of this gun....

The mechanics of the gun are in excellent condition, but the stock is pretty rough.... it was damaged in shipping when I bought it.... You can see where I have sanded the forearm, and below is a photo of the other damage....

It has a deep 1/4" dent on the cheekpiece, and two smaller dings on the bottom of the stock.... It would be a good candidate for either bedliner or a camo job.... The price is $250 plus shipping, and a PAL is required if you live in Canada.... PM me if you have any questions....
