Well... I did it again...
I re-injured my rotator cuff. 
My medical insurance won't kick in till January so I'm going to have to tough it out till then.
Doc says I need an MRI before he can decide if injections or surgery is needed.
Going to put a few things up for sale to make up for the un-paid leave of absents... Keep an eye out in the "For Sale" area. |

Good luck Joe. I had the same problem a few years ago and it was treated with Hydrocortisone which cleared it up within a week. Let's hope yours get's sorted as quick.
The bloody needle hurt though.
