my limit today.... I got a nice red phase female Ruffie (L), two grey phase males (one was HUGE) and a female Spruce.... It was an actual Spruce grouse with the chestnut terminal tail band, not a Franklin's (with the white band) which are the norm here at higher elevations....
Molly (my 6 mo. old chocolate lab) fetched three of them and my wife fetched the fourth (the one on the left without ruffled feathers)....  .... I'm up to 19 for the year now, same as last year....
