The Last several summers, I've tasked my grandson to help eradicate the Grasshopper hoard on our retirement property in NE Washington State.

Initial extermination device was a Daisy Red Rider.
"Dead Eye" (my Grandson) got a bit cocky about the kill to miss ratio so I challenged him to start taking the bugs on the fly....
Naturally, this led to my purchase of a Gamo Viper Express Shotgun.

We have had a ball doing this, and my grandson has taken more than a few in the air with my Size 12 Shot reloads.

Does anyone use one of these for any real pest shooting?

Would anyone care to hear about my load techniques and testing results?

Steve
