Hi guys, this is my first post here. I just recently picked up a pumpmaster classic pc77 (american classic 1377c) and I've decided I'm going to jump on the modding bandwagon. It's considerably cheaper than modding my AR's so what the hell eh? I'm starting off by ordering a long stainless breech for Don Cothran and adding a longer barrel. I'm sold on Cothrans breech but I'm having trouble deciding on what length barrel I should get. This gun will be used primarily for playing around plinking and taking small animals, birds rodents, etc. I also plan on later modding with a flat piston kit, hammer guide, trigger guide and spring, and an extended bolt, along with the usual visual mods...wire stock, different grips, muzzlebrake, etc. Im really confused as to what length barrel i should order to get the most accuracy + fps out of my gun so if any one could shed some light here that would be awesome. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to be thorough.

Other than for low pump numbers.... I think you will find that the longer the barrel the more velocity....
