Hi all,
I was wondering if I installed a flat top setup and stronger hammer spring and guide into a crosman 1377, without changing anything else, how many pumps would it take to get 700-750 fps? I want to use the pistol for more reliable pest control and want at least these velocities in .177 cal.

| If I remember correctly, that set up would be getting somewhere in the mid to upper 600's with 14 pumps but I can't remember for sure. Keep looking through the pistols section, It's a thread I started with 1377 in the title |

i would say around 15
i have one in .22 18 pumps gets me there
with a stock 10" .177 barrel i got 650-660 fps 10 pumps |

| I would guess about 15 pumps based on what Ive read. But those where on guns with longer barrels and steel breechs. You should REALLY look into these 2 mods, they will help alot in your quest to 700-750fps. |
