the days of getting into double figgers are over
for a few years after the 1080 drop over the winter..
3 hours walking around near mountains for 2
dam hoppers...
The first One I left there as it was on the
other side of a steep gully...about a 40m
shot..didn't notice it moving so think finished
it first shot...
The 2nd one I had to set up and wait about 10mins..
there was 2 but they seen me and headed for cover..
So I set up on a track and waited for them to make
a move....may have been 50m down a slope off the
side of the track.... that one took a finishing shot
to despatch him totaly...think the down angle screwed
up my POI a bit...

The good ole career eh? I see the double tubed version once every now and then around here. Real powerhouses they are and often pretty affordable to boot, especially on the used market. That's my market by the way. |
