Using a .20 cal. L/W barrel from a custom Quest I built a couple of years ago I decided to build my .22 Titan into a .20 caliber.
The Titan was shooting .22's at around 720FPS accuracy was acceptable but not as good as I wanted.
After further review of the actions on these two rifle's and trying to mount my custom made Rich from Mich.L/W .20 Quest barrel to my .22 Titan I think it is possible to switch the ram and trigger assembly from one action to the other.
The lock-up on the Wally World Titan GP has been changed just enough not to allow a total lock up of the chisel detente.(It will not close all the way)

I looked at all the options and what was stopping me from making this thing happen,and decided that by using the Quest trigger assembly(which I modified awhile back to a nice 2 lb.break with less than 1/8th inch of travel)and by slotting the mounting holes in the trigger housing as well as the corresponding hole in the action I could actually get the ram into the Quest action with all drift pins in place.The next problem was the end cap was 1/16" longer which shoved all action mounting holes to stock forward so I had to shorten it where it butted up to the rear of the in-letting.In short order the Dremel tool with cut-off wheel and a few cuts it the right place's let it set in the stock at the proper position and all mounting holes lined-up.
Once mounted and ready to cock and test fire I said a small prayer to the all Mighty!
Broke it open, cocked it ,shoved a .20 cal.FTS pellet in the breech and pointed in a safe direction and fired it.Trigger pull is now a lot less than it was in the spring powered Quest !
To bad I didn't have a picture of my face when I lightly touched the trigger and it fired I cocked again loaded it and went out side to give it the bounce test.Passed!

I tested 3 different pellets 10 shots with each brand.Not sorted or weighed.New compression seal and freshly cleaned barrel.Goo-Gone with pull thru from breech to muzzle using patches.

Combro Chrony used.Average FPE a little over 15.

I could not test accuracy I had a few problems ,, first the barrel pivot screw came loose,fixed it and was stringing shots up and down 1-1.5 inches.Come to find out the scope elevation cross hairs were not holding,4-16X44 Leapers.Next week I'll pay a visit to my friend Mr.Ding (CEO) at Leapers Inc and get a new scope.
