| I placed an order for the new Cybergun C02 177cal Mini-uzi this morning. Somehow their order system screwed up my address. I'm thinking to myself WTF!!! I got Pyramyd Air on the phone and called the Bank on 3-Way. Seems like all three of us got the issue worked out. |

In my personal opinion, Pyramyd has decided to take "people" out of their processes as much as possible in order to 'streamline' things. This is not apparently working very well- this is not the first time I have heard of address confusion. Other apparently more common things these days are incorrect paperwork and damaged goods being shipped (not damaged in shipment, damaged before packing).
Seems from what I've been observing (and have also experienced) PyramydAir may have gotten too big for its people to manage properly- which could prove to be their undoing if they don't get it together sooner rather than later. |

| That doesn't surprise me one bit. I order from a retailer close by and I end up getting shafted. I never had any CS issues from them and I've ordered from them for several years. I can eliminate this little issue by simply ordering over the phone from now on. I did get a defective item from them before but they quickly asked me to return it and even credited me what it cost to ship the item back. |

| Address problems can be caused by the software used in the shipping or ordering process. I have found that sometimes the last number of my address is dropped off due to the software not allowing enough characters. |

Their current problems are much bigger than that.
Wait- things will either get much much worse, or if they are paying attention they will sort things out before they destroy themselves. Seriously- you heard it here first- PA is at the start of a slippery slope and we'll see what occurs over the next year or so. |

Just the other side of the story for people reading this thread.
After multilpe orders with Pyramyd over the last 4 years (I'd say 20-25 orders) I've never had an issue.
And when I've phoned for info I've always hung up the phone happy.
Always remember...people who have a problem like to post...the vast majority who are pleased don't feel the need to post. |

I'm just posting to let members know there's something wrong with their online order system. Pyramyd Air has ALWAYS taken care of any issues I've had without fail. They did with this issue too.
I'm not complaining but rather just giving a heads up. |

Very true,,,always hear about a bad "root canal" never read about the guy that had one that went smooth, only took 30 minutes and didn't hardly hurt at all
I have spent a TON of money at PA..several guns, pellets, traps, accessories, etc, etc, etc, over the past year...I HAVE had a problem or two...they ALWAYS resolved them quickly and to my satisfaction....I ordered a bunch of pellets from them on Monday , (before noon), they are scheduled to be delivered today...that's with regular shipping !!! Considering I live in a very rural area of south Georgia, I am impressed with such service
I have faith that whatever problems they are now experiencing will be corrected in a timely manner....I sure hope so! |

| I would agree with the statements that Pyramyd was generally very responsive in the past- but the frequency of complaints has been going up lately, and I personally have had HUGE problems with them of late- 4 attempts to ship one order and ultimately they could not get the simplest details correct. Sure, they were very "friendly" about trying to correct things, but "friendly" can't make up for what came down to gross incompetence in preparing paperwork, getting a shipping address correct, and using a delivery service willing to transport the products- areas that had never had major issues with in the past. When their managers can't sort through the BS to get a job done- the fix is in unless something changes. |

| The Mini-Uzi arrived earlier today. However I got the usual "Don't shoot your eye out" by the FedEx Driver. Doesn't appear to be anything more than the KWC airsoft version modified to shoot 4.5mm bbs instead of 6mm bbs the airsoft version shoots. And NO Orange paint!!! |
