There is amisty period till the 14th jan 2011 then if yer don't have a FAL...you have to sell / gift to some one with a FAL or hand it into the police for destuction { No compasation will be payed} The new act states and gun that is precharged from a tank or pump....NOW how will the efect guns with a onboard pump..ie Crosman 1377 / Daisy 953 etc.. The law makers proply don't know they even exsist.. From looking at the internet it seems to stand for Full Auto License. Pumpers seem OK...Pistols seem to be in the clear... Or do you have to go trough a test of some kind. they stoped handing them out in corn flake packets a while ago... these days.... yer have to sit a corse & test.... have you gun storage/ safe inspected by the police.. Have 2 charicter refees interveiwed by the police... & hand over $130....
