Personally, I have never heard of them.
You cannot call or email them? How is anyone supposed to ask questions? This seems a bit odd at the very least. |

I just looked at their site..the 1077 rifle they have advertised has, as part of the model number, the letters PYD
That tells me that they buy stuff from Pyramid Airand the re-sell it to you....I'd bet that if you check PA's website, the pellets that you ordered from air rifles usa are not in stock at Pyramyd Air. Check it out....they won't answer your phone calls or e-mails because they DO NOT CARE about you as a customer..they probably already have your money, which is all they care about...period.
If it were me, I'd chalk it up to another lesson learned, and order more pellets, this time from a well known, established company... |

I agree...it's better to just get products from a major supplier if you don't know who you are dealing with. The reason being is it so easy to throw up a web site....$20 bucks or so to register a domain name, and a minimal cash outlay for monthly hosting, and a merchant account. It's sad, because most guys out there are pretty honest, and it gives them a bad rap.
I've done quite a bit of drop shipping online, and have had situations where things are on back order, when I used to sell Gps systems etc. When this occurred there was no problem,as I would notify the customer, and explain that I was getting a unit from another vendor.I never had issues with being open about it,as there are many options available to the customer.Nothing wrong with DS,the problem is when you get a guy who isn't on top off his game...doesn't have the experience to run his business,or the worst.."not saying it's the case here"....a crook. The key is the lack of communication...it's a huge red flag.Anyway...good luck to you,and I hope it works out.... |
