On the evening of Tuesday 22nd June there's a cross league and open evening again.
After our event in March we have been inundated with requests to do it again with lots more people wanting to come and have a go.
Dependant on how many turn up, they may form some teams and have a shoot between them.
A just for fun competition, well you might get a sandwich.
If you are gun less or have not got a .177 set up for 6yd, no prob you can use one of ours.
We are also hopong to have some vintage springers available to try. Plus Gun Power are letting us have one of their Edge Rifles.
Invitation have gone out to all the Bell Target leagues, but all are welcome from any dicipline.
Several leagues are coming along.
The event is at the Great Barr Conservative Club, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 6BH, its close to M6 Junc 7 at the top of the M5 and is behind the shops on the Newton Rd. Its a very nice club.
All kick off about 8 to 8.30pm.
More details on where the club is can be found at www.waltonlions.co.uk
Even better there is no FEES, unless you buy a few pints. Always up for one of them.
So if you dont know much about Bell Target Shooting come along and have a go. There will be teams ready to take you under their wing if you want to do some more

Welcome to the forum, Belltarget.
My first impulse was to move this thread to the events and club activities section, but after following the link I thought better of it. I can't recall that we've ever discussed reactive targets with doorbells - interesting.
While I can't join you, my mind immediately went to my two-channel electronic doorbell. It plays a different musical piece for the front and back door. Maybe "Happy Days Are Here Again" for the center ring, and something of the blues genre outside that....... |

The competition style is interesting. Does anyone still manufacture these bell target boxes?
Also- how do you structure this so there are no ricochet's flying about if someone hits the steel casingof the target? |

The targets are now only make by hobbyist,
As far as ricochets there are very few as the pellets are flattened on impact |
