Hello friends
I'm 52 years old, I practice shooting competition since I was 15 years old and this is not a joke, read my history (the same history for another friend on french forum-airguns.com) :
http://www.forum-airguns.com/t47053-lancashire-gunroom-alias-shootingshack-est-definitivement-une-escroquerie
Having ordered my Daystate Airwolf MVT on June 8 with the latter http://www.shootingshack.com/ I paid by bank transfer according to the instructions issued by the men of the site, which also refused to accept no other form of payment. (Order Number: 2282/080611/36)
After sending my bank transfer, I had a confirmation that he had arrived safely and that they contact me when they sent me the rifle, the time was about 14 days and my payment has been validated 24 June 2011 by a man named Cyrus Shahabi (This man also uses another name: Cyrus Shack , where the domain name of the store ShootingShack ..)
When someone calls the shop today for an explanation, we are dealing with an accomplice named Steve hard as iron which claims it never received payment.
If you look closer then it appears that these people make us pay money to an account parallel (belonging to Mr. Shack, confirmed by the employees of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Bolton we have reached by phone .. ) and that therefore they claim that they are not the ones who received the money ... But then, when asked why the famous Steve is himself who gave us the bank details for payment at that time he totally denies providing us with this information and says he has absolutely nothing to do with this Mr. Shahabi or Shack...
The problem for him is that I hold the absolute proof that it is through it that you sent me the account number, but so far he does not listen and left all my messages and telephone calls as a dead letter. I gave them an ultimatum until this day to consider the consequences of their actions and return the money at the earliest. Of course, I have had no news ...
There is still an important thing to tell you, is that in fact we are two guys to be scam by Lancashire Gunroom at the same time for a same rifle
You tell us, how have we discovered this scam? Well, simply by calling the factory and its director Daystate Tony Belas. After being bored well for us to respond in this shop, he told me it was 2 to 3 years that these people of ShootingShack Lancashire Gunroom no ordered guns at the factory (Of course, I treasured copy of this message to Mr. Belas)
When you look at their main pages, yet they seem to sell all the latest models from Daystate, big scam in fact ...
If anyone can help us to put permanently out of harm these crooks and thieves, we plan to make every effort to reveal the full of this history on all World forums where we hope to find also a little help ...
I submitted my complaint to the English Fraud : http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/report_fraud
Many many thanks to all and great greetings of France...
Pascal
PS : For administrators and managers of all other forums : this history is really true (I have all the proofs) and I autorize all people to copy this message for transmit on all European and International forums in all languages. If you afraid by a libel problem, I agree for take the full responsability of this, rather it suits me if this happens...

There is a bit of a language issue here it seems.
Just so we are clear on the basic story:
You contacted shootingshack via their website, or telephone?
You were given the bank payment details via email, or telephone, and by whom- "Steve" or "Mr. Shack"?
When the payment was made, and confirmed as received, you called on the telephone and talked to a "Steve" who claims no knowledge of any of this and that payment was never received? |

Yes, my order is direct online (www.shootingshack.com), and I tried to contact them many many time by email and by phone, but no way, no responds

After my order online, I receive an email from Cyrus Shahabi (in the same email as confirmation of the order) that I am asked to make payment by bank transfer to their account (if you want some detail, I give you ..)

Yes, despite all evidence that the payment had been made and that Mr. Shahabi confirm me this the 24 June 2011 (always in the same email as confirmation of the order), I sent an email with proof of payment by bank tranfer, but says he never received, it's unbelievable ...
If you want know all the exchange of the conversation it's not a problem, I send you copy of all in a PDF file (I do this PDF for the Police)...
For my other friend it's the same problem...
Many thank you for your understanding and very sorry for my bad English |

That is an absurd situation- and has happened to 2 people so far that you are aware of?
There is at least one person (member) here who lists "Lancashire" as their location (I believe)- but one can't search a persons profile to figure out who this is- perhaps if they see this they can add some information on their knowledge of shootingshack (?) |

On the forum AirgunAdvice.net we found two other victims of the same scam, a Greek and a Bulgarian, it seems that people of shootingshack do these scam only outside UK
I am 52 years old and believe me I would like to don't have had to tell this crazy story... |

For anyone who noticed- we have been re-arranging some things in the back-end of the website. What this meant is that no one had access from about 2:00am to 10:00am EST.
Somehow the original poster of this topic saw fit to send an email claiming he was "blocked" from the website and thus we are "protecting criminals".
My response to him was not polite. Apparently managing the forum/website is not something I should be allowed to do if it inconveniences a guy with a gripe about an entirely unrelated entity.
And just to throw this out: maybe he's been getting jerked around by the store in this case because of his overall attitude and jumping to conclusions. |
