And I can't seem to choose between the Crossman C11 and the Beretta Elite II. Do you guys know any extra info about these guns? If you own one how do you like it? Which is More Loud? Which durable? Hopefully some of you will reply I have the C11 and i think it's pretty darn good or the money Pros: 1-never misfires (unless mag issue as posted in the cons #1) 2-quite accurate..aside from occasional flyers it can group about i'd say 1.5" at 20+ feet. 3-stronger than most co2 bb pistiols at 480 FPS 4-feels good and seems pretty solid 5-extremely good co2 usage. Seem to get probably 80-100 strong shots from a co2. Hard to say because i usually change them b4 the shots get weak. 6-co2's seem to stay charged for weeks. Who knows, maybe months. but i have left the same one in for 2 weeks w/o noticing any loss of charge. Cons: 1-the mag release is easy to hit and partially release the mag w/o knowing it. If that happens it comes out about 1/8" and when you fire it fires air and no BB. Not a big issue once you are aware and keep an eye on it. Mostly happens if you put the gun down on the side the release is on, or less likely when you accidentally put a bit of pressure on it. Like i said, not an issue once you are aware. 2-grip slides off too easy. This is where the co2 goes, so the grips slide on and off, but theres nothing much holding it on except little catches that don't work well at all. I put a piece of black electrical tape around the grip which for me isn't much of an issue since i replace co2's rarely given that i use it for rats at home. So i may not change it for weeks. 3-non adjustable sights. But i use a laser so doesn't matter to me. tho the regular sights were pretty close. I strongly suggest a laser or red dot tho. the gun is accurate enough to take advantage of it. Cant comment on longer than 25 foot shots tho, as i never go past that. Overall i think it's a great little gun with a lot more good than bad. I agree, but i will add that while subjective things, or things like accuracy which depend partially on the user can't be trusted completely, you CAN get a lot of good solid info. For example, if good number of users cite that the gun missfeeds, you can be pretty sure it does. If 5% state it's accurate, grain of salt. If MANY or most cite accuracy, you can trust that. In other words, you can trust certain things that are said but you have to use common sense to determine what to believe and what not to. I read the C11 reviews and my experience with it is right on with respect to what they said. The main thing to remember is not to listen to the subjective and general statements like "this guns sucks", "not near as good as my (name and expensive obviously good gun)" and those sorts of things. So i find them quite useful but i do use judgment to determine what to believe and what not to. I love the reviews... "I shot a rat with it at 100 yards right out of the box." I read those reviews much with an eye as you do.
