I got 14 confirmed kills(7 birds/7 tree rats) this July. Last July I got 20 so I either didn't do as well as last year or I thinned their populations down to where there weren't as many of them around to kill this year.

How many kills did you get?

Somewhere in the neighborhood of about 250 ground squirrels, 4 pocket gophers and one snake.

Holy hand grenade! 250 kills in one month! Are you on a farm or ranch? You have a industrial grade overpopulation there for sure.

What kind of snake did you kill? I kill the venomous snakes here but I leave the rat snakes alone since they don't harm people and they kill other venomous snakes too.

Just curious one shot, about how were your kills distributed between your signature guns?

Does the Daisy get any glory, or is it all Ruger.

No I got 7 with each actually.

These are my current kills since 7/10 when I bought these:

880S TOTAL: 32
RUGER TOTAL: 51

So the Ruger was used more overall since last year but for the past 3 weeks I've been using the 880S exclusively for kills until I get consistent with the Ruger and it's required artillery hold because right now with it I'm missing almost as much as I'm hitting. The RWS Superdomes and Hammers scope have improved my 20yd groupings where the majority of shots are now within 2" but I still have a few misses at 3 to 5 inches out so I need to improve first before trying for more kills with it that way more of them will be humane.

Why would you kill harmless lizards? I wasn't aware that they were considered pests of any sort. In fact I would think they would be beneficial to have around.

Some lizards are harmless. But others can be a real pest. Where i am we have some 18 inch ground lizards that just love to create massive networks of burrows.

I have the Crosman intermounts and a BSA 2x20 scope on it now. UPS is delivering a Crosman Steel Breech and Crosman Stock tomorrow. I'm looking at a 14" barrel and Flat Top piston setup. I've also got an older model (rear cocking) 1377 I'm resealing. Someday my Grandsons are gonna inherit a coupla nice Air Pistols.....

Nice. I already have a Shoulder Stock and 3-9x32 CentePoint Scope on mine. Next I'm looking at a Steel Breech and a 14" Barrel.

My Grandfather wasnt really into Airguns, but when he passed, he left me his Classic Crosman 150 Pellgun. It needs a new seal, but I cant really find anywhere that provides them.

They are beneficial though since they eat bugs. The bugs are what attracts them in there so use some bug spray in there and the skinks will have no reason to go in there, which will also stop the snakes going in there too. You may have mice in there also which could be the main source attracting snakes in there.
