I bought a scope and a couple of tins of pellets from pyramid air. When the box arrived I picked it up and felt the contents slide to the other side of the box. I opened it and all that was in the box to was a cruppled peice of paper to cushion a scope. So today I finally got around to mount the scope on the gun. I took a couple of shots with it and tey were all over the place. I then tried to adjust the point of impact but for the windage knob has no effect. No matter how many time I twist it, pull it out as I twist, push it in as I twist, the impact will not change. The elevation turret works beautifuly. So I looked at the return policy today and they want to charge me shipping and a %15 restocking fee of $7.50 so all together I would be paying almost $14 dollars for their crappy packing job. I already called and complained and I was told i would still have to pay a shipping fee. Is there anyway I can get around this, it is outrageous that I should be the one to pay for their mistakes. |

| They told me that if it was defective then there was no restocking fee. Also I have found that by asking the same question more than once I get different answers from a good straight answer to you need to do some research. So maybe you can make the complaint again and a different person will be more help. |

I'm not sure, it was shipped with ups. I would of had it insured but I was not given that option. |

| It was clearly the fault of Pyramyd. It was A SCOPE! It SHOULD have been packed securely. They should pay for the return postage and refund your money. I had a similar incident with Hewlett Packard and the laptop that I bought. The laptop broke and I called HP and I was told to place the laptop in a box and give it to the driver of the FedEx truck. It went to the repair shop like that. When it came back the driver dumped the laptop and the box it came in onto my driveway without telling me and when I opened it the corners of the laptop were worn from flopping around. I looked at the repair list and they worked on all the wrong things!!! I called HP and they refused to do anything about it. I wrote a letter to then HP CEO Carly Fiorina and she arranged a complete refund. |

| That's odd...I have bought A WHOLE LOT of stuff from Pyramyd Air, and if anything , packages were always over=packaged, like they were sending it to a jungle off somewhere and it was gonna travel 2-3 months over the Andes via Llamas....must be some new folks in shipping dept. I would call ad get an return authorization number , and send them the scope..I feel certain they will make it right for you.. all my experience with them as been A+. Good luck. |

| After calling them again, they agreed to pay for shipping and there would be no restocking fee. So I got all my money back. |
