Goto page 1, 2  Next    View previous topic :: View next topic  Do they sell vid cams for Rifle scopes??   Posted: Fri Dec 18, 2009 1:40 am Midichlorian Veteran Member Joined: 25 May 2009 Posts: 333 Location: Middle of the Desert I really wish I knew about where to get a vid cam that can record through my scope,or a cam that mounts on my scope. So I can record through the cross hairs. Anyone know of anything like this.' Holding up my DV cam to the scope eye is just to dam hard. I might suggest one of the "tri- or quad-" rail systems would be the best candidate for this. Mounting a camera in-line with the scope (i.e. taking pictures through the scope lenses) would be counter-productive as you couldn't shoot properly like this- thus likely why no one has made one at the lower-end of the commercial market (maybe they have such for the movie industry- but this really would be a custom set-up and likely cost a pile of cash). _________________ ` I'd say "I care." If it shouldn't move and it does, use duct-tape. Problem solved. Burris makes a camera that is setup to fit the pictinny (whatever) and/or Weaver mounts....saw one on Ebay earlier this evening... so Burris's website might be a good place to start . hope it helps. _________________ HEY !!
