Yesterday picked up a brand new 2240 at a garage sale unopened still in the blister pack for $25.
The manual that comes with it is not very informative in fact it is useless.
Does anyone know where I can get a workshop type manual?
Also do Tru Glo sites work on air pistols.I was at the range yesterday shooting a 22 Ruger using Tru Glo sites and I was impressed.Any comments.

The 2240 is a Co² gun- so pretty much any site will work on it (it has no mentionable recoil) as long at you can get it mounted.
What information are you looking for in respect to servicing the 2240- the only "manuals" available are the Owners Manual which is what you got in the package, and a parts diagram. Crosman has not put out actual service manuals for at least 10 years now. If it's something specific you want to know I'm sure someone can help. |
